Tripping over lighting kit power cables.
Serious injury, electrocution.
Cables are to be 'gaffer taped to the floor for the duration of the shot.
I will be in charge of taking responsibility for obtaining he gaffer tape from the home.
Kit getting wet from drinks/ rain.
Electrocution, damaged kit.
Don’t drink anything when near equipment and if the weather isn’t good then re-schedule for another day.
We will need to arrange more than one day we are all free in case we can’t do it on that day.
Burning ourselves on the lights.
Burns.
Make sure that the lights don’t over heat and ensure no one touches them until they are cooled down.
Amy will make sure the lights aren’t in the way so people don’t have to get close to them when walking past.
Lights setting things on fire.
Burns, equipment damaged.
Make sure nothing is covering the lights for example; blankets, clothing etc.
Dan will check this regularly and stop people putting things on the kit.
Taking the camera out over the weekend.
Losing the camera.
Make sure that we have the camera in our visual sight all of the time.
Look after it with care.
Forgetting costumes and props.
Re-scheduling for another day.
Make a list of everything we need and assign the different things to different people.
I will make this list after our meeting.
Running out of battery in the camera.
Re-scheduling for another day.
Ensure the battery is fully charger before working.
Amy will make sure it is fully charged before leaving the house.

  1. Don't forget this should go onto a post when you are outlining your plans for a specific shoot. You are assessing the risks you face on that specific shoot.
